Jennifer Mansfield Jennifer Mansfield, Intela's Director of Business Development, has been working online for over 10 years, and still loves every minute of it! After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Advertising from the University of Florida, she worked for an International Publishing Company; Naylor Publications. After spending 2 years learning the craft of print marketing, she moved to New York City and pursued a career in Internet Marketing. She started working for a start up called All Advantage, and spent one month training on the ins and outs of Online Marketing. Searching for a greater opportunity than could be had there, she ventured off after 1 year to Fortune City, an international free web hosting service that earned its monies through adverts. After one year, she secured a large contract with a paid web hosting service, and as Fortune City planned to venture into the paid service area, they would not run the programme. Keen to earn the revenues contracted, she established a network of sites that the team could then broker the campaigns to; establishing one of the earlier affiliate networks to date. They named the new company Ampira Media, and shortly after the launch of the new company, Jennifer decided to relocate back to Florida, where she launched her own business as a consultant for 4 years. When the opportunity at Intela arrived in early 2006, Jennifer signed on without question. Since then, she has helped grow Intela from a small national business to a leading international company. |

Loren Zimmerman Working in the internet industry has always been a blast for me. I got into this field nearly 5 years ago and have had the opportunity to meet lots of great people and share many business opportunities and more than a few cocktails. Never a stranger to the "gift of gab" sales has always been the only career option for me, well there was professional lounge singing, but I am thinking maybe later. I graduated college from Florida Atlantic University with a BA a in Sociology and a Minor in Russian Literature, like most people I did not pursue the intended avenue, imagine that? Over the last few years I have worked with the advertisers and the publishers and discovered that I am way cool and I have the best personality to intermix with all the fine people in this field. I also have superlative skills in the areas of negotiations, grammar, and consumption of cocktails, and of course in my private time, I am a champ at Badminton as well. Looking to the future, I hope to stay in this wonderful industry forever or until possibly the lottery thing pans out. |

Matt Dutremble Matt Dutremble joined Intela in 2007 with a philosophy and desire to do great work, provide demonstrable results to their clients and lead digital marketing innovation. Matt graduated from the University of South Carolina and spent his prior life in: event marketing at worldwide sports and entertainment giant Octagon, television advertising at Fortune 100 company Comcast, and online marketing at an independent ad agency in the Washington, DC area. He has managed campaigns for a diverse group of clients including: BMW, Coca-Cola and John McCain in his presidential bid. Matt is responsible for the overall direction of US network sales with an emphasis on organization and team development. |

Thuy Pham Thuy Diem Pham, Intela's Director of UK Networks has had a short, but meteoric rise in the Online Marketing industry. Throughout her brief career she has always outperformed through having a strong work ethic, dedication and creative thinking. Early indication of her potential was being made Runner Up in Sales Person of the Year Awards 2004 for Signet Group - UK's largest jewellery dealer. As a graduate of Marketing from the University of Greenwich Business School in 2005, Thuy's first foray into the industry was spending a year at Aedis, a London-based agency specialising in marketing, design and technology as Assistant Marketer to the Director, then progressing onto becoming the New Business Development Manger. Immersing herself fully into learning about the industry, Thuy's desire to interact with clients soon propelled her to become Accounts Manager at Affiliate Window. Within three months, her creative thinking, charisma and results based approach soon led her to manage the companies most prestigious clients, culminating in her being promoted to Key Accounts Manager, one of the firm's fastest promotion. Six months on, the highlight of Thuy's career was being awarded the 'Highly Commended UK Account Manager of The Year' at the industry's leading Affiliates4U 2008 Awards, as voted by her clients. Thuy joined Intela in August 2008 because, like herself, they shared a joint desire to provide innovative, bespoke online marketing solutions to clients and also the exciting challenge and prospect of taking a modestly sized American company, breaking into the competitive UK and Euro market. |

Nicole Aranda Nicole Aranda was born in the small town of Santa Fe, New Mexico. She grew up in a disciplined world of classical art and music and was sheltered by her conservative parents. She attended a small private art school and after graduation was sent by her parents to the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Nic studied African Percussion at the university for two years. During this time, she also participated in musical shows throughout the city and soon developed a love for rock music and the hard drive of standard drums. She became inspired to learn strategic drum techniques and began to study with one of San Francisco's historic drummers (prefers to remain anonymous.) She immersed herself in the rock-and-roll scene and lost interest in her university studies. Nic's father, a Christian minister, was outraged by her choice to abandon her upbringing and refused to continue supporting her financially. On her own for the first time, Nic moved in with a local tattoo artist she had met at a battle of the bands and focused her artistic skills on learning the trade of needle and ink. With this new talent she hit the road and traveled the country solo. She tattooed and performed at various venues with random bands to earn the money she needed to move to the next city. It wasn't until she was playing a show in Boulder Colorado that she met Jim Mansfield. Jim was so impressed with Nic's ability to rock the drums he offered her a job as an Affiliate Manager so she could rock the affiliate world! She has been here ever since. |

Jay Andrews Jay was born on the bayou of Louisianna, son of a relocated Hawaiian and Viking-descended Minnesotan. The Gods of football had foretold his coming many decades ago; the perfect combination of Viking strength, Pacific ferocity, and Bayou speed. He attended the University of Colorado where they deemed his skills too tenacious and his power too immense to compete in the Big Twelve Conference. Jay graduated in 2007 from the College of Architecture and Planning at CU with a degree in Architecture and Environmental Design and a minor in "Condense the Nonsense 101?. He cuts through bad performing offers like a hot knife through butter and provides our network reps with the cream of the crop. When the whistle blows at 7am, Jay is quick off the line, blowing up obstacles and getting to the next level for his affiliate team. Jay's dominant game and passionate work ethic served as inspiration for Reebok's creation of Terry Tate, Office Linebacker. Jay brings his A game, all day, every day to the affiliate team at Intela and never takes a play off. |

Brian Richey Born and raised in the Centennial State (Colorado) Bryan has been at the top since childhood. Some might think "at the top" might indicate Bryan was an All-American Athlete or uber genius, but in this case, he's literally towering over his co-workers. At 6'6" and a size 15 shoe, Bryan is our own Big Fish. After working in promotions and radio broadcasting for 4 years throughout high school, Bryan enrolled at the University of Colorado at Boulder seeking a degree in Marketing. While a strong education was the precedent, Bryan also sought the University of Colorado for this close proximity to the Rocky Mountains to pursue extracurricular activities, skiing. Luck would have it, Bryan's two college roommates grew up in Vail Colorado and this allowed him to spend his time off carving the fresh powder at 11,000 ft. Graduating with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration in 2006, Bryan has dabbled in all facets of marketing but sought to pursue the online spectrum and the inherited challenges within. At Intela, Bryan is part of the elite affiliate team constantly seeking the next big opportunity and seizing it! |

John Thompson John was born in Northern Ireland and was educated at Belfast Royal Academy. He went to The University of Newcastle upon Tyne where he graduated with a Masters in Marketing and Business Management. He joined Intela eager to learn about the exciting world of Internet Marketing and has thoroughly enjoyed meeting so many great clients so far and is excited about meeting a whole lot more in the near future!

Jonny Soloman Jonny Soloman was born in London in 1986, making him the baby of the company... and 21 years later he graduated from Sussex University with a first class degree in Psychology. Soon after which he started a new chapter with Intela as a UK affiliate executive. He loves most types of music and plays the drums, which means he annoyingly taps on the tables a lot, although claims to have defied the stereotype of all drummers being stupid! He is most relaxed when having a laugh with friends and socialising, although unlike his typical Irish colleague John, he would prefer a cocktail to a beer any day ... and with that has already conceded status of Alpha male in the UK office. |
